What to say about this piece? It is a portrait of the mountain that shelters the village I love so much. I learned to snowboard on her slopes. I've hiked in her forests countless times. Lost my cell phone there more than once. I saw her hit by the sun at all angles- hit by sun and sleet, and snow.....I learned about mushrooms and rowan trees, how to care for deer in the winter....I think I love her the best when she is covered in snow, ans reflecting the blue skies.

In short, this is an ode to the mountain I love. I hope you love her, too.

Format is A3 or 297 x 420 mm (11-3/4 x 16-1/2 in)

now here it gets interesting, because you can frame the artwork in three ways- you can have a tight passepartout that covers the bleeding edges which measures A4 210x297 (8.25x11.75 inches) , or if you like the bleeding edge, it it adds approximately 20 mm more, so 230x317mm (9.05x12.5 inches) OR if you like to see a bit of the process, you can include the little blues I made on the edge to test out my colors before I applied them to the 'main' picture, which would then measure 240x390mm (9.5x15.35 inches)

I am offering this in a limited edition print of 50.

It is printed with acid-free inks on Hahnemuhle William Turner Watercolor Paper 300gsm Cold Press, just the kind of paper I work on.

Each one comes with a certificate of authenticity, is signed and numbered.

Price is 200 USD including shipping world wide.
